We want you to enjoy your drone rental experience as soon as possible. That’s why we offer free ground shipping to most Canadian cities and towns. Shipping time typically takes between 3 to 7 days, depending on your location. If you need your drone faster, we also have expedited shipping options available. Contact us for pricing and details. We’ll make sure you get your drone on time and in perfect condition.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
When you rent a drone from Snap Drone Rentals, we require that you provide a damage deposit. We know accidents happen, and we want you to have a smooth and enjoyable experience. That's why we include insurance coverage for all our drones, which covers most of the repair/replacement costs in case of any damage. You are only required to cover the deductible. There are zero processing fees, after you return your rental you will be completely reimbursed.

CERTIFICATE REQUIRED
One requirement for renting a drone from us is that you have the necessary drone pilot certificate. This is to ensure that you are familiar with the rules and regulations of flying a drone safely and legally. We do not want you to get into any trouble or cause any harm to yourself or others. If you don't hold a certificate you can obtain one from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or Transport Canada, depending on your location. We don't ship out rental drones without seeing a pilot certificate first.
